4. Ensure accurate entries in the vendor management system for compliance by maintaining up-to-date records of all contingent worker data, including staff details, allocation, contracted hours, rates, and other relevant information.
5. Support conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees, as appropriate, through working with business heads to identify contingent workers who demonstrate exceptional performance and potential for long-term employment and coordinate with relevant HR stakeholders for their deployment to the company.
6. Monitor vendor performance and ensuring their adherence to contractual agreements and service level expectations. This includes conducting regular staff compliance review and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
7. Manage work order requests for processing and approval and work closely with talent acquisition and business head to ensure timely processing, approval, and proper allocation of resources.
8. Manage any issues or concerns related to misconduct or underperformance among contingent workers. This includes conducting investigations, providing appropriate disciplinary actions or support, and working towards resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
9. Coordinate provision of PPE and uniforms to contingent workers, as required by ensuring that contingent workers have access to the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms, in accordance with safety and dress code requirements. This involves coordinating with the uniform teams and vendors.
