You’ll be responsible for supporting and managing platform enhancements for our Group Booking tools including our Group Navigation System (GNS) and Group Management Tool (JGMT) and related booking and ticketing workflows.

In this role, you will provide all technical support for our Groups platforms. Responsibilities include defining business requirements, managing testing and release activities for existing and new market implementations. You will serve as a subject matter expert on group booking processes, points of sale, points of commencement, booking sources, and fulfillment channels working directly with our third-party vendors.

What you'll do

  • Provides Production Support and testing assistance with all phases of program and project activities that range from small to large and vary in scope.
  • Helps identify, analyze, and resolve issues raised by agencies, integrators, business partners, and vendors, and supports production issue management and escalation activities.
  • Plays a key role in developing test scripts and scenarios, conducting iterative testing with developers, and supporting SIT, UAT, release validation, and defect tracking across booking flows, countries, languages, and currencies.
  • Maintains and updates various documents and tracking artifacts, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Prepares reports on project testing status.
  • Develops product subject matter expertise.
  • Helps troubleshoot technical issues and prioritize defect fixes and small enhancements among larger feature efforts.
  • Monitor production issues, outages, reporting failures, and service disruptions.
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and operational improvements.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 1 year related Airline/Reservations/Sales experience
  • Experience with Agile, Quality Assurance testing, product ownership, project delivery

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 3 years related Airline/Reservations/Groups experience
  • 2 years Project Management and/or Product Owner experience
  • XML/SOAP experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to effectively analyze, and concisely present findings and strategies to senior leadership
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • Knowledge of Sabre PSS, Airline, Contact Center, GDS and NDC
  • Knowledge of XML and SOAP preferred
  • Proven ability to set priorities and manage day-to-day evolution of issues
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environment
