- Responsible for supporting the commercial efforts to become a more customer centric company by leveraging the power of analytics and customer data
What you'll do
- Collaborates with multiple groups within the commercial organization to incorporate customer data in our processes, products and campaigns.
- Develops strategies to deepen engagement with customers through personalization and two-way dialogue.
- Manages, develops, and implements a test & learn structure in order to meet and exceed engagement objectives, including utilizing various analytics/visualization platforms to evaluate results (Adobe Analytics, Mosaic, Tableau etc.).
- Identifies and collaborates with external vendors to support customer advancement.
- Champions the adoption and correct implementation of Gen AI and Agentic AI tools and techniques that leverage customer data in the revenue organization.
- Presents analyses updates to all key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Understands and assesses opportunities to leverage upcoming technology changes.
- Reviews AA's marketing channel options (advertising placements on aa.com, email, mobile app etc.) and makes recommendations for campaign and communication expansion.
- Develops and communicates customer segmentation best practices with the broader commercial organization
- Leads the design, development and implementation of advanced analytics insights and solutions that generate customer value and growth for American
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years related work experience
- Experience with SQL and Tableau
- Experience in Marketing (particularly customer experience and/or communications)
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Master Degree
- Analytical work in Travel Industry

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
