We are looking for an experienced Business Process Lead & PSS Administrator to join SKY express. In this role, you will lead the implementation of our next-generation Passenger Service System (PSS), helping shape future business processes and operational readiness. Following go-live, you will become the primary business owner and administrator of the PSS ecosystem, driving system optimization and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and administration of the airline’s Passenger Service System (PSS).
Lead business process alignment and define operational requirements across key airline functions.
Coordinate testing, training, deployment readiness, and business adoption activities.
Manage system configurations, enhancements, and vendor-related changes across the PSS ecosystem.
Drive system governance, continuous improvement, and operational performance optimization.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in airline industry.
Hands-on experience with Passenger Service Systems (PSS), or similar airline platforms.
Experience in airline technology transformation or system implementation programmes.
Strong understanding of airline business processes and system configuration.
Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
Proficient in IT (MS Office suite).
