About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Lead & PSS Administrator to join SKY express. In this role, you will lead the implementation of our next-generation Passenger Service System (PSS), helping shape future business processes and operational readiness. Following go-live, you will become the primary business owner and administrator of the PSS ecosystem, driving system optimization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and administration of the airline’s Passenger Service System (PSS).
• Lead business process alignment and define operational requirements across key airline functions.
• Coordinate testing, training, deployment readiness, and business adoption activities.
• Manage system configurations, enhancements, and vendor-related changes across the PSS ecosystem.
• Drive system governance, continuous improvement, and operational performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in airline industry.
• Hands-on experience with Passenger Service Systems (PSS), or similar airline platforms.
• Experience in airline technology transformation or system implementation programmes.
• Strong understanding of airline business processes and system configuration.
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite).
