About the role
As an HR IT Advisor – Training Administration, you will support the effective operation of learning systems and training processes within the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team. This role supports the team in implementing learning programs, provides system expertise, and assists leaders in making informed decisions about learning solutions.
Tasks
Provide support and clarification to business users regarding SuccessFactors LMS
Manage learning administration and reporting
Collaborate with the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team to optimize training processes
Develop business case concepts with a focus on digitalization and standardization
Monitor training demand and optimize enrollments (managing waitlists, reservations, cancellations)
Prepare and deliver reports and analyses for Product Managers
Improve processes and user experience (e.g., enhancing registration emails, standardizing processes)
Collaborate with the SuccessFactors IT Team and Product Managers to implement LMS solutions
Handle training administration (participant coordination, attendance lists, reservations, financial closing)
Support training participants with bookings, cancellations, and logistics
Assist in marketing activities by providing direct links to events in SuccessFactors
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress), preferably in Business Administration or related field
Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or willingness to learn
Basic understanding of training administration and learning processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-confidence and readiness to deliver presentations
Good understanding of Learning Management Systems
Fluency in English
Good MS Excel skills
Nice to Have
German language skills
