Reports to: Portfolio Solutions Manager
This role sits within the Information Technology Department (IMT), supporting one of our subsidiaries, Cathay Cargo Terminal, through the delivery and optimisation of critical business applications.
You will gain exposure to complex, enterprise wide transformation initiatives, strengthen your leadership capability in solution delivery, and work with diverse stakeholders while shaping technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-project consulting and partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, challenges and requirements
Co-create and maintain product and solution roadmaps aligned with business vision and organisational goals
Lead the design, planning, development and delivery of IT products and applications for medium to large scale initiatives
Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects and vendors to define robust, scalable and secure technical solutions
Facilitate solution design walkthroughs to validate alignment with business needs and IT architecture
Drive end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, testing, governance and risk mitigation
Act as an escalation point to resolve complex solution, delivery or stakeholder issues effectively
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Manage team resources and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery outcomes
Coach, mentor and provide direction to solution analysts and team members to build strong delivery capability
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, with a Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience across software development, system analysis, business analysis, solution definition and system testing
