Your Role
As a Ground School Instructor / TKI, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical instruction in accordance with EASA standards, supporting student pilots through their academic journey from day one until final ATPL exams.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and comprehensive ground school instruction towards type rating courses, airline related training, and ATPL(A) subjects such as:
Air Law
Aircraft General Knowledge
Instrumentation
Mass and Balance
Performance
Flight Planning and Monitoring
Human Performance and Limitations
Meteorology
General Navigation
Radio Navigation
Operational Procedures
Principles of Flight
Communications
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more ATPL topics
Continuously develop and update training materials and teaching methods
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor students' academic progress
