Your responsibilitiesProvide operational support for internal clients across multiple locations Handle and manage support tickets (in ServiceNow), ensuring timely diagnosis, resolution, escalation, and communication with users Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Microsoft Windows operating systems Software distribution and deployment Operating system installation and deployment Device provisioning and configuration Device drivers and hardware compatibility Windows Updates and patch management Application installation failures Standard client applications Endpoint management services Support software deployment activities using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune Support and maintain standard client applications and enterprise software packages. Cooperate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and external suppliers to resolve complex technical issues Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) operations, including: Installation and configuration of virtual clients Delivery and handover of environments to end users Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives related to software deployment and endpoint management Our requirementsExperience in IT support, preferably in 2nd / 3rd line support, desktop support, or endpoint management roles Strong understanding of Windows operating systems Experience troubleshooting: Operating system issues Application installation failures Software distribution problems Device driver issues Windows Update related incidents Endpoint management clie…
