Tasks
Your tasks as Procurement Manager - cMRO may include, among others:
Manage & negotiate component repairs
Manage supplier relationships & act as the primary interface between vendors & internal stakeholders
Manage assigned sourcing activities, procurement work packages, projects, supplier portfolios, & sourcing initiatives
Prepare commercial recommendations & decision memos based on market insights
Participating in supplier negotiations & contract discussions
Driving procurement process improvements & identifying cost-saving opportunities
Monitor MRO market and develop new sources
Forecast & track procurement/cMRO projects, taking corrective measures
Explore business opportunities & projects cMRO packages
Prepare & coordinate cMRO RFQs and evaluate supplier responses
Participate in supplier visits & industry shows
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Master´s degree desirable
1-2 years of experience in Aviation / Purchasing / Contract Management desirable
Fluency in English language required
German & Spanish language desirable
Knowledge in Aviation MRO, Accounting and/or Customer Service desirable
Knowledge in SAP desirable
Expert MS Office skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent business sense

Excellent quality consciousness
Excellent oral communication
Excellent written communication
Manage high stress level
Willingness to travel
Must possess a valid driver´s license
