Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management (Strategic Sourcing)
Job Description
The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that reduce cost, strengthen supply‑chain resiliency, and mitigate operational, geopolitical, and material‑specific risks. This role leads cross-functional sourcing initiatives, manages strategic supplier relationships, and ensures alignment with business objectives across a decentralized operating model. A key focus of this position includes partnering with Engineering and Operations to define and operationalize enterprise strategies for Country‑of‑Origin (COO) and rare‑earth‑element (REE) risk mitigation. The Strategic Sourcing Sr. Manager functions as a critical liaison across sectors, driving consistent sourcing execution, supplier performance, and long-term value creation.
Essential Functions
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key categories to reduce cost, improve service, and mitigate risk
Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier landscapes to identify sourcing opportunities
Lead the COO & REE initiative, partnering with functional leaders to design and implement scalable processes for identifying, assessing, and mitigating COO and rare‑earth‑element risks
