As a Lead Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital bridge between airline customers, product teams, and engineering organizations. You will take ownership of functional scope, translate complex airline requirements into actionable specifications, and guide delivery to ensure solutions address real operational challenges. This is not a coding role, but it requires strong technical understanding and the ability to work closely with engineering teams. This position demands analytical thinking, deep domain depth, and technical fluency to manage demanding customer relationships and drive continuous improvement across international delivery teams.
What You'll Do
