The Role
We're looking for a highly analytical Resource Planning Analyst to join our Planning team at Manchester Airport.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring our operational teams have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time. Working across a complex airport environment, you'll use data, forecasting and workforce planning techniques to support operational performance, customer experience and cost efficiency.
You'll create and maintain passenger demand forecasts, develop optimised colleague rosters, analyse workforce utilisation, and provide insight that supports strategic decision-making. As a subject matter expert in workforce planning systems and Excel-based modelling, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Security, Airfield Operations, Terminal Operations, Landside Operations and Asset Maintenance.
This role offers the opportunity to influence operational planning across one of the UK's busiest airports while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and future workforce strategies.
