About the role
Supporting customs clearance activities across multiple European markets.
Working in market-specific operational systems and ensuring shipment and case information is updated accurately. Opening, updating, monitoring and progressing CMOD cases in line with agreed procedures and timelines.
Contacting customers and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information or documentation required to progress clearance. Monitoring outstanding cases and taking appropriate follow-up actions to prevent delays and case ageing. Handling operational queries, customer communication and clearance-related escalations across supported markets. Escalating cases when required and following agreed escalation paths. Ensuring accurate case documentation and maintaining compliance with internal procedures and market-specific requirements. Supporting timely shipment clearance while maintaining high standards of accuracy, ownership and service quality.

What you will be doing:
• Reviewing shipments data to understand the exact customer and regulatory requirements and checking the accuracy and completeness of documentation supplied
• Using in-house systems to create accurate and legally compliant clearance declarations
• Contacting customers or government agencies to clarify information when needed
• Resolving routine customer and customs disputes
• Building effective relationships with our customers and helping them to choose the best suited clearance services
• Working within tight time frames in a busy office environment
