Tasks
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including new construction, refurbishment, and modernization, supporting aviation operations
- Oversee the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and project requirements
- Prepare and coordinate project concepts, planning documentation, and user requirements
- Coordinate project planning, site analysis, permitting processes, and project implementation
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, change requests, and project close-out activities
- Prepare project progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, Facility Management, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and public authorities
- Lead contract negotiations and manage external contractors and service providers
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with established processes, quality standards, and applicable regulations

Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex construction or infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, permitting processes, and quality standards
- Very good command of German
- Good command of English
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to project delivery
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 40–50% of the time), including regular on-site presence in Frankfurt
