Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and administer aircraft, engine, and component warranty claims, ensuring timely filing, documentation, tracking, and recovery of eligible costs.
Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve warranty issues, clarify coverage, and maximize reimbursements.
Monitor warranty claim status, investigate claim denials, and ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting of all warranty-related activities.
Oversee the utilization and reconciliation of goods and services credit notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and maximizing available credits.
Support the coordination and processing of engineering-related insurance claims by gathering documentation, liaising with Legal and relevant departments, and assisting in claim resolution.
Maintain accurate records and performance reports on warranty recoveries, credit note utilization, and insurance claims to support operational and financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with warranty agreements, insurance requirements, and established procedures while continuously identifying opportunities to improve claim recovery and asset reliability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
