Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer aircraft, engine, and component warranty claims, ensuring timely filing, documentation, tracking, and recovery of eligible costs.
• Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve warranty issues, clarify coverage, and maximize reimbursements.
• Monitor warranty claim status, investigate claim denials, and ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting of all warranty-related activities.
• Oversee the utilization and reconciliation of goods and services credit notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and maximizing available credits.
• Support the coordination and processing of engineering-related insurance claims by gathering documentation, liaising with Legal and relevant departments, and assisting in claim resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and performance reports on warranty recoveries, credit note utilization, and insurance claims to support operational and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with warranty agreements, insurance requirements, and established procedures while continuously identifying opportunities to improve claim recovery and asset reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the aviation industry or in roles involving repairs, warranty administration, and claims management.
• Familiarity with engineering operations, fleet management processes, and maintenance support within the aviation industry is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and insurance providers.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail in managing warranty claims, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant systems or software used for warranty and claims management.
