Job Description
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resources and Payroll platforms. The individual will act as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, and Information Technology, translating business needs into effective system solutions and technical designs that support operational efficiency to meet the broader business goals.
Essential Functions
Serve as a HRIT primary point of contact for HR and payroll functional team, coordinating and providing technical solutions and support of HCM systems.
Collaborate with MSP technical team and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design.
Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system.
Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies.
Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.
Design maintainable architectural solutions to meet customer requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation plans.
Identify and mitigate technical risks.
Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and patches, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance.
