ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to fill a vacancy as a Licensed GCAA/FAA Flight Dispatcher with the operations department, based in Dubai.
Qualifications
GCAA/FAA Dispatch Licence
Work Experience
5 years dispatch experience within Aviation industry within Middle East.
Background(Industry,etc.)
- Minimum 5 years Proven experience in aviation industry
- 2 years dispatch experience preferably for private operator within Middle East
- Profound knowledge of Ground Operations, Dispatch and Flight planning procedures
- Hands on experience with ETOPS / NAT flights and procedures
- EASA/GCAA regulation knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to work with demanding customers
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently during shifts.
- Flexible and proactive approach to tasks.
Languages
Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages would be advantageous

Responsibilities
- Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.
- To exercise complete operational control and supervision of flights to fulfil the legal and safety requirements of Civil Aviation and company
- To provide the necessary customer service and support to the crews and ownerships
- To act as a close link between client, PIC, the aircraft in flight, ground services / FBO, maintenance and third parties, such as charter representatives.
- Crew scheduling, flexible application, and safeguarding compliance with stipulated rules of various AOC's
- Setup and arrange handling, fuel, permits for all flights. Liaise with airport authorities, FBO, ground handling agents, ATC and other government agencies to negotiate airport slots and traffic rights, delays, filing of ATC flight plan.
- Complete regulatory forms such as GAR, EAPIS, API, landing requests, etc.
- Plan all flights in a safe, secure, and legal manner taking into consideration aircraft performance, weather, NOTAMs, MEL/CDL, within parameters defined in Operations Manual.
- Provide in a timely manner to the customer and PIC, a thorough brief covering all significant information, which may affect his/her flight in compliance with ExecuJet Middle East policies and procedures and ownerships schedule.
- Ensuring ETOPS flight planning and watch requirements are met when necessary.
- Monitors enroute weather/NOTAMs/ATC delays, diversions, emergencies and communicates this in real time, utilize all possible tools and channels to convey necessary information and coordinate safe operation of the flight until touchdown.
- Processing of operational documentation such as pre and post flight docs and file as necessary.
- Perform same duties as Flight Coordinator when necessary.
- Ensuring Airspace security restrictions and OIs are adhered to.
- Perform same duties as Flight Coordinator when necessary.
- Flight watch.
- Processing of operational documentation, post flight docs and updates as necessary.
- Ensuring positive and proactive customer service is maintained at all times.
- Technical support for Charter quote requests.
- Keeping current with relevant airspace procedures and requirements.

- Due to the nature of the position, flexibility with regards to shifts and overtime will be required to suit the needs of the business.
- Should be ready to take over any other assignments as delegated by the Operations Manager.
