Job Summary This role holds overall responsibility as Planning Manager for the entire IAD Base, encompassing both SPX (Swissport United Express Operation) and SPI (Swissport International Operation). The successful candidate will oversee scheduling, attendance reliability, and day-to-day operations across the base, with full oversight of the Operations Control Centre (OCC), and will report directly to the Station Director of the base. The expected pay rate is $70,000-75,000/year. Your Activities Planning Act as Planning Manager for the whole IAD Base, covering both SPX (Swissport United Express Operation) and SPI (Swissport International Operation) Manage scheduling and attendance reliability across all operational teams Responsible for all pre-planning activities for the base Manage labor costs for the base in the most effective way by ensuring schedules are efficient Assist in the preparation of the operating budgets for the following year for prior approval by the Station Director Efficient Resource Planning (manpower, equipment) Must comply with Swissport's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies Quality Management Ensure service levels are achieved Maintain close and effective business relationships with customers, and various control authorities such as Airport Management, Customs, Immigration…
