Engineering Manager – AI Enablement & Automation | M4
Job Summary
Lead a team of AI/ML and software engineering professionals developing AI-enabled solutions that improve engineering productivity and business outcomes. Own execution of the AI roadmap, translating business needs into scalable solutions from ideation → MVP → deployment → adoption. Balance people leadership, technical depth, execution, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Execution: Translate AI strategy into priorities, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes; identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
Technical & Delivery Leadership: Lead AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and software initiatives; guide technical decisions and resolve complex cross-team challenges.
People & Capability: Develop experienced engineers, build AI/GenAI and software capabilities, support hiring and performance management, and develop future technical leaders.
Collaboration & Influence: Partner with global engineering teams, architects, product owners, discipline leaders, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and reuse.
Innovation: Focus innovation on the right business and engineering problems; enable experimentation and scale successful solutions across the organization.
