ExecuJet Middle East is currently seeking an FBO Airside Pass Administrator to fill a vacancy within our Flight Operations division to be based in Dubai, U.A.E.

FBO Airside Pass Administrator will be responsible for administering and controlling the airside pass system by processing applications, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with airport security requirements, and coordinating with airport authorities to facilitate safe and secure access to restricted operational areas. Ensuring that only authorized individuals and vehicles can access restricted airport areas while meeting airport security and aviation regulations.
Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent required in Aviation Management, Business Administration, logistics or related field.
Work Experience Required
Must be fluent in Arabic
Hold a valid UAE driving license
Minimum of 2 years of Administration experience
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
Ability to mulitask
Calm under pressure and an even-tempered personality
Teamplayer
Strong communication and customer service skills
Background
Corporate Aviation essential
Languages
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic. Additional languages would be advantageous.
IT Skills
Basic Skills – Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
Process new airside pass applications, renewals, replacements, and cancellations.
Verify applicant documentation, identity, and eligibility according to airport security policies.
Coordinate required security clearances, background checks, and mandatory training.
Maintain accurate databases and records of all issued passes.
Monitor pass expiry dates and notify departments of upcoming renewals.
Issue, collect, and deactivate employee, contractor, visitor, and vehicle passes.
