Do you want to understand not only how processes can be improved—but also how strategy leads to real change? Then read on: Our Continuous Improvement Team is responsible for Lufthansa Aviation Training’s strategic, cross-departmental, and cross-functional improvement and transformation program.
Tasks
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a working student (m/f/d) at our Munich location (20 hours per week).
Your daily KATA:
- Help our Continuous Improvement Team link strategic goals to
specific initiatives and measurable results - As part of our largest digital transformation program, you’ll help shape the go-live process, including testing
- Take on your own work packages in cross-functional improvement and
transformation initiatives and actively contribute your perspective - Help us bring together information from different departments,
identify connections, and derive relevant insights for management and
the organization - Prepare workshops and training sessions—both before and after—and support us in coordination and planning
- Create communication materials such as executive presentations and training materials
Requirements
Your Starting Conditions
- You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of
economics, social sciences, aviation management, industrial engineering, or a comparable program, and you are in at least your third semester - Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience through internships
- You are a strong communicator and have good presentation skills
- Ideally, you have experience in project management and knowledge of lean methods and/or process automation (not required)
- You are fluent in German (at least B2 level) and English
- You work independently and keep your cool and sense of humor even during hectic times
