We’re looking for a new Regional Inflight Retail Operations Executive who’ll manage the planning, communication and organisation of all operational and logistical activity to ensure that all flights are fully catered and provisioned - to deliver a great customer experience, to maximise sales revenues on-board, to simplify the IFR service execution for cabin crew and to satisfy all flight safety/health and safety requirements. Own relationships with local Gate Gourmet Unit Managers (LMP service provider) and Regional and local Base Managers.
Due to growth in our Operations across Airport bases in the South we are keen to appoint someone in the South of England, but we are open to considering candidates from across the UK. The role could be based from any one of our 14 Airport bases in the UK.

What you’ll be doing:
Day to Day Operational Management:
- Liaise with Operations teams and Gate Gourmet/other service providers to ensure all flights fully catered and provisioned, in line with business and customer requirements
- In the case of programme disruption, plan, communicate and organise the necessary action to minimise any customer or operational impact
- On Call – to cover 1 week in 5 (0830 MON – 0830 MON 24/7)- On call allowance provided.
- Travel required – covering a number a UK bases with weekly face to face visits to catering units and crew rooms – Car Allowance provided.
- Ideally, an individual who has worked in this role in another airline and has specific experience of airline catering and logistics; as a minimum requirement, must have a strong airline operational background in Ground Services, Catering, In-Flight Retail or Cabin Services/Cabin Crew.
- A self-starter, who can work unsupervised and is used to working remotely.
- A problem solver – tenacious and willing/able to make sound operational decisions quickly.
