This role is intended for an experienced commercial and revenue management professional who can provide strong day-to-day supervision to the Pricing and Revenue Management team as CAG enters another important phase of airport development, regulatory review and commercial planning.

You will be part of the Pricing and Commercial Strategy Division within the Commercial Cluster, supporting the management and review of CAG’s key charges and revenue streams. These include aircraft landing, parking and aerobridge fees, passenger service charges, licence and franchise fees, car park charges, utilities, airport service charges and other ancillary charges. The team is also responsible for revenue forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and pricing-related work that supports management decisions and regulatory submissions.

You will support and, where appropriate, lead defined workstreams relating to the review of aeronautical charges, licence fees and other airport charges. This will involve developing pricing policies and proposals, financial modelling and analysis; managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders; and preparing clear recommendations for senior management and relevant external stakeholders. The role will also support benchmarking of CAG’s pricing and revenue practices against other airports to help ensure that Changi remains competitive and financially sustainable.

You will help manage the budgeting, tracking and performance analysis of major aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue streams. This includes preparing analysis and management narratives on revenue performance, supporting benchmarking against relevant airports, landlords and travel retail players, and coordinating selected Commercial Cluster priorities. You will be expected to provide timely, well-considered analysis that supports decision-making on revenue growth, cost recovery, pricing and future business opportunities.

On the non-aeronautical front, you will support the review of pricing and charges for newer business areas, including infrastructure and utility provision as well as eV charging as CAG invests in Changi East. You will also manage CAG’s digital car parking business, including Park & Fly, Park & Work and related offerings. This includes guiding the team on product enhancements, customer experience improvements, pricing and promotional ideas, and operational follow-up. The role will provide an experienced layer of support to help grow car parking revenue and ensure that the digital carpark portfolio continues to serve CAG’s broader commercial and passenger experience objectives.
