Role Introduction
Reports to: IT Practice Lead
Join the IT Practice team within Information Technology Department (IMT) and help drive the adoption, consistency, and continuous improvement of Agile practices across the organisation.
As the IT Practice Analyst – Agile, you will support the development of Agile ways of working by coordinating practice initiatives, capability uplift activities, governance processes, and community engagement across Cathay Agile Teams.
You will gain exposure to enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and strengthen your expertise in Agile delivery, practice management, governance, and change adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track Agile Practice initiatives, ensuring actions, milestones, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed and followed up
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Agile standards, playbooks, templates, tools, and ways of working
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, insights, and presentation materials to support governance and decision-making
- Maintain practice trackers, maturity assessment outputs, capability uplift plans, and Agile roadmaps
- Partner with Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to collect inputs and monitor adoption progress
- Support Agile governance forums through agenda preparation, meeting coordination, documentation, and action tracking
- Coordinate Agile Community of Practice sessions, learning forums, and engagement activities to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Support the planning and delivery of Agile training and capability uplift initiatives, including participation tracking and feedback analysis
- Develop and coordinate communications, guidance materials, and change adoption updates for practitioners and stakeholders
- Support alignment between Agile practices and related disciplines such as Product Management, Architecture, Enterprise Quality Governance, IT Operations, and Planning & Governance
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT delivery, Agile delivery support, project coordination, business analysis, change management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, product delivery, and iterative ways of working
- Agile certification (e.g. CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) and experience in large-scale enterprise environments are advantageous
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive actions to completion, and proactively resolve issues
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills across different teams and functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English with the ability to create clear and engaging content
