Supply Officer

Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm Vật tư triển khai hệ thống thu mua, vận chuyển, xử lý và kiểm soát các phụ tùng và vật liệu kỹ thuật một cách hiệu quả và tiết kiệm. Hỗ trợ tham gia đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp, sản phẩm và dịch vụ trên cơ sở khả năng đáp ứng các yêu cầu của công ty bao gồm hệ thống chất lượng và các yêu cầu chế định theo các thủ tục được lập thành văn bản
1. Theo dõi/ cung ứng các vật tư tiêu hao (Consumable & Expendable) hàng ngày; và việc thay động cơ. Đảm bảo cung ứng các yêu cầu của MCC (Trung tâm điều hành bảo dưỡng) đúng hạn.
2. Theo dõi tiến độ của các công cụ, thiết bị gửi đi hiệu chuẩn, kiểm định để đảm bảo hoàn trả kịp thời.
3. Đảm bảo phương thức vận chuyển hàng hóa hiệu quả nhất về mặt chi phí.
4. Cung ứng vật tư phụ tùng máy bay (Consumable; Expendable và Rotatable) AOG ngày lễ, cuối tuần.
5. Theo dõi/ Cung ứng/ Quản lý vật tư phụ tùng xóa hỏng hóc cabin; vật tư phụ tùng phục vụ A check (đặc biệt là hóa chất); C check.
6. Theo dõi/ Cung ứng/ dụng cụ NDT GSE và A check.
7. Thực hiện công tác dự phòng, kiểm tra, lưu trữ vật tư phụ tùng máy bay.
8. Khác: Các công việc khác do Quản lý trực tiếp giao phó.

Assists Supplies Team Leader to implement the system for procurement, transportation, handling, and control of engineering spares and materials efficiently and economically. Participate in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, products, and services on the basis of the ability to meet the company requirements including the quality system and regulatory requirements in accordance with documented procedures.
1. To be responsible for consumable and expendable on-time (daily/ engine change/ MCC request).
2. Monitor the progress of tools and equipment sent for calibration and test to ensure timely return.
3. Ensure the most cost-effective method of shipment to dispatch material.
4. To be responsible for AOG case with C&E and Rotatable demand during the weekend, holiday.
5. Monitor material for A-Check with C&E section, especially in Chemical; C-check and collaborated with C-check team; cabin defect and collaborate with cabin team for clearing defect.
6. Follow setting up NDT, GSE and A-check tools.
7. To be responsible for Level stock; Inspection & storage spares/ materials.
8. Others: Other assignments from the direct Manager.
