Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Human Resources Division and will drive the design, implementation and governance of Singapore Airlines’ enterprise On-the-Job Training (OJT) framework across Business Units (BUs). He/she will partner stakeholders to identify capability needs and strengthen workforce capability through operationalisation of OJT programmes. He/she will also provide learning analytics and reporting to support workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as manage government training grants and funding where applicable.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and enhance the enterprise OJT governance framework, policies, standards and procedures.
  • Partner BUs to develop OJT programmes and build workplace learning capability by training supervisors, workplace trainers and assessors on OJT methodology. governance requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify capability requirements and close skill gaps with targeted learning solutions and OJT programmes.
  • Co-manage end-to-end OJT programme administration (enrolment, scheduling, competency tracking, documentation, certification) with BUs and ensure accurate learning records in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Build dashboards and deliver regular reporting/insights to stakeholders (including Manpower Committee).
  • Drive continuous improvement of OJT methodologies, governance processes and digital learning tools.
  • Manage training grant and funding administration/compliance where applicable.


Requirements

  • Possess a University Bachelor’s Degree.
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and/or Workplace Learning Blueprint Development Certification, is preferred.
  • Experience in developing/implementing OJT frameworks and learning programme design.
  • Experience in conducting LNA and curating relevant learning solutions.
  • Good project management skills (manage project timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables) and ability to work independently,
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong in data analysis and dashboard/report development.
  • Familiarity with government training grant/funding administration and compliance would be advantageous.
