Agent Revenue Control, Billing & Collection HKG - Fixed-term Contract (12-month)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Checking and reviewing invoice from Internal Cargo System.
• Issuing and submitting billing data in the IATA Clearing System.
• Maintaining customers’ accounts in internal system as necessary.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Essential Requirements for The Position

• University graduate or equivalent in Business Administration or Accounting;
• Relevant 1 to 3 years' working experience in Accounting;
• Experience of using SAP is preferable;
• Good command in English and Cantonese;
• A sense of responsibility, positive attitude and self-motivated;
• Proficient in MS application, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
• Familiar with Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup) and Visual Basic is an asset

Working Conditions

• It is a full-time position on a 12-month contract (renewable) based in Hong Kong.
• Flexibility is needed with working hours and local holidays
• This position demands a regular and full-time presence and requires also business trips, vacation and other absences are planned in a way that they do not conflict with service requirements.
