- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely updating of information within internal systems, and develop and maintain databases and dashboards for operational, financial, safety, and quality data using Power BI and other reporting platforms. Interpret, analyse, and present data-driven insights and reports to internal and external stakeholders to support business decision-making.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for executive meetings and stakeholder engagements, including diary management, meeting room bookings, communications, scheduling, calendar invitations, meeting preparation, minute-taking, publication of minutes, and follow-up on outstanding action items.
- Support day-to-day office administration by managing office supplies, stationery, office equipment maintenance, airport passes, building access, car park access, IT equipment requests, and the compilation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel-related arrangements, including visas, tickets, accommodation bookings, duty travel claims, and expense processing through TRIPS, while identifying the most cost-effective options near airports, units, or offices.
- Support special projects, staff familiarisation and training activities, budget and expense management, tender requests (e.g., RFTs), facilities and campaign activities, corporate giveaways, and the planning and coordination of internal and external events, conferences, and campaigns in liaison with CCMB and other stakeholders.
