What are your contributions to the team?
Manage facility layout and workspace reconfiguration projects
Lead continuous improvement and industrialization projects
Facilitate Kaizen workshops to implement solutions and engage operational teams
Develop and obtain approval for facility and production layouts
Monitor and follow up on equipment and facility implementation plans
Support 5S deployment and sustainment activities
Analyze production capacity and define equipment and tooling requirements
Develop business cases to support capital investments and acquisitions
Create and maintain equipment and tooling inventories
Map and optimize processes related to equipment and tooling management
How to thrive in this role?
You hold a College Diploma (DEC) or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, including experience in facility layout management and tooling.
