Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for a Manager General Manufacturing 1 located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Join our professional team supporting the warfighter on a key defense program, where there is a lot of impactful work ahead of us and you’ll contribute to state-of-the-art navigation and missile defense capabilities.
What You'll Get to Do
The selected candidate will oversee and manage all operational aspects of one or more manufacturing and/or production area(s), be responsible for the safety of the employees, deliver quality products on time and within customer cost targets, and continuous improvement. They will provide leadership direction of design and process development, production, operations, engineering, test and Quality Assurance functions. Manage and present status on cost, schedule and performance for all projects within the area; assess issues and develop mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
