Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and product development projects.
Act as a change agent to support the implementation of new solutions and processes.
Coordinate strategic and development projects while monitoring progress against action plans.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Program Management, Materials Logistics, Quality, and Production teams.
Plan and facilitate governance meetings with key stakeholders.Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are achieved.
Prepare project documentation and reporting tools to provide visibility into overall project health and performance.
Apply and promote structured problem-solving methodologies.
