What You Will Do
As the Quality Manager, you will lead quality operations in a highly technical aerospace manufacturing environment where precision, compliance, and process excellence are critical to delivering products that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You will partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering, and Quality leadership to strengthen our quality culture, develop our people, and continuously improve our processes and products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and strengthen the site quality culture by partnering closely with Operations and Manufacturing to promote accountability, compliance, defect prevention, and a right-first-time mindset.
Establish and execute initiatives to improve quality signature of hardware, processes, and products while reducing variation and risk.
Provide day to day operational leadership and decision making and oversee allocation of resources to meet customer demand.
Develop discipline health of technical team to maintain a cross trained team that can easily respond to customer needs.
