As a Production Planning Officer at EEMC, you will plan, execute, and deliver materials coordination, estimation, work pack preparation, closure activities, and workshop planning within the engine maintenance organisation. You will assist Production Planning Engineers in delivering their responsibilities and support the Production team in the execution of maintenance activities. You will ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the highest standards of airworthiness, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will
Provide supervision, training, and guidance to reporting team members.
Act as deputy to the immediate supervisor when required.
Participate in projects to continuously improve Production Planning Services.
Materials Coordination
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure pre-draw requirements, including modification kits, are delivered before engine input and in line with agreed production schedules.
Provide recommendations on task withdrawals based on part availability and lead times that do not support the planned workflow.
Review all material requests for ongoing checks to identify available stock and coordinate deliveries based on order priority. Monitor duplicate requests and cancel or adjust them as required.
Determine the best solution for material shortages and coordinate with the Material Organisation / FTM on part basic set-up.
Coordinate all Ship Shop Ship (SSS), Task 2, and repair orders to ensure components are returned to the engine in accordance with workflow plan requirement…
