Own the change strategy for the Next Gen Ops Program, embedding adoption, readiness, and communications across all phases of transformation.
Design and execute the communications plan—right message, right audience, right channel—to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement.
Conduct impact assessments and change readiness analyses to identify affected roles, processes, and systems; translate insights into actionable plans.
Partner with Regulatory & Compliance and Safety to ensure change deliverables align to regulatory requirements and support certification and audit needs tied to the system-of-record transition.
Coach sponsors, leaders, and managers to model change, reinforce new ways of working, and sustain adopt…
