Job Description
L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Engineering to support Advanced Manufacturing operations in Huntsville, Alabama. Working under moderate supervision, this role applies quality and data engineering principles to monitor performance, resolve routine to moderately complex manufacturing issues, and support continuous improvement efforts. The Senior Associate works independently on assigned projects, communicates process and quality requirements across functions, and contributes to operational targets that drive departmental success. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration, and attention to detail in a dynamic production environment.
Essential Functions
Collaborate effectively within a team environment through clear communication and shared quality objectives.
Collect, organize, and analyze quality and manufacturing data using Excel and approved analytics tools; develop reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders.
Support development and maintenance of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint solutions to enhance data visibility and digital factory initiatives.
Explain dashboards, metrics, and standard quality processes to end users; provide guidance to entry-level professionals and support personnel when assigned.
