About the role
Can you turn operational complexity into operational excellence?
At Emirates Flight Catering, we operate at scale — and behind every successful operation are strong systems, smart decisions, the right resources and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Operations Support & Excellence to help us take that to the next level.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can look across a large and complex operation, understand what the data is telling us, challenge how things are done today and translate insight into measurable improvements.

Business continuity and operational resilience
Customer communication, ERP transactions, billing and invoicing
Training, capability building and succession planning
Just as importantly, you’ll lead a sizeable team and work closely with senior operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve problems and continuously improve how we operate.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll bring a minimum of 8 years’ experience leading large-scale operational activities, ideally within logistics, catering and/or an airside environment, together with a strong track record of delivering operational efficiency initiatives and service improvements.
You should be comfortable working with both people and data — able to analyse complex information, identify what needs to change, influence stakeholders and turn ideas into practical solutions.
