About the role

Thực hiện công tác tuyển dụng CBNV cho Công ty. Triển khai ký kết thư mời làm việc, Hợp đồng đào tạo và Hợp đồng lao động cho CBNV Công ty. Tham gia xây dựng quy trình, chính sách nhân sự. Quản lý hệ thống thông tin và hồ sơ cá nhân của CBNV Công ty. Xây dựng kế hoạch nhân sự và kế hoạch ngân sách nhân sự hàng năm. Thực hiện công tác báo cáo nhân sự hàng tháng, quý năm cho các Đơn vị và Cơ quan có thẩm quyền. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Perform recruitment for the Company. Prepare the signing of Offer Letters, Training Agreements, and Labor Contracts for the employees. Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures. Manage the documents of the employees. Develop annual headcount plans and HR budget plans. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting for relevant departments and competent authorities. Other assignments from the direct manager.
