Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Technician – Engineering Aide.
The Systems Engineering Technician – Engineering Aide supports the Systems Engineering team by assisting with technical meetings and design reviews, maintaining comments and action items, and collecting and organizing supporting documentation. This role is critical to ensuring that technical decisions, review outcomes, and associated artifacts are accurately captured, controlled, and easily accessible to the program team.
This position is 100% on site in Chandler, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Meeting & Design Review Support
Assist in planning and coordinating technical meetings and design reviews, including schedule tracking and logistics.
Attend technical reviews and working sessions to capture key discussion points, decisions, and follow‑up actions.
Work with technical leads and systems engineers to ensure review agendas, entry/exit criteria documentation, and supporting materials are prepared and distributed.
Comment & Action Item Management
Maintain structured logs of review comments, questions, risks, and action items generated during meetings and design reviews.
