Raytheon is seeking a Sr Logistics Technician to perform a wide variety of tasks related to Logistics operations with a focus on processing inbound dock receipts (Loading Dock).
What You Will Do
Process inbound dock receipts at the loading dock.
Accept deliveries from carriers.
Inspect incoming material for physical damage.
Verify material against incoming documentation such as packing slips, invoices, and government or customer documents.
Enter receipt data into receiving systems.
Assist with outbound packing and shipping of materials and equipment.
Maintain functional records to support internal and external audits.
Participate in internal and external audits and assist with resolving nonconformance issues.
Follow company and OSHA safety requirements.
Lift up to 23 pounds and carry the load for 40 feet.
Perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Manage shifting priorities and complete tasks within required timeframes.
This position will be on-site at our Dulles, VA location.
Qualifications You Must Have
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
