In this role, you'll
Translate signed contracts, amendments, and addenda into SAP systems.
Prepare and validate billing data to support accurate invoicing cycles.
Execute manual billing operations and month-end closing processes.
Support reconciliations, accruals, and VAT-related reporting.
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Account Management, Billing, Accounting, and Regional Finance teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
Ensure financial controls are maintained with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
About the ideal candidate
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Approximately 3–5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, or contract fulfillment.
Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office.
SAP experience is advantageous but not mandatory – we provide learning support.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize under deadlines.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accountability balanced with collaboration.
Curious, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to process improvements.
Proficient in English (professional proficiency required) and comfortable working in an international environment.
