Job Description
This position will be responsible for providing Electrical Engineering systems support and development to customer-funded programs within our Exquisite Imaging Solutions business unit of L3Harris Corporation. Our Exquisite Imaging Solutions products serve a broad array of government, civil and commercial customers by enhancing information superiority, contributing to our national security and providing actionable data for the protection of property and human life. We specialize in high-reliability space-based imaging payloads and end-to-end systems that offer active and motion imaging and data processing, exploitation and dissemination. We also provide solutions that map and monitor the earth and stars for a variety of commercial and governmental users.
Essential Functions
Design electrical systems and subsystems from customers or internal specifications.
Create and maintain electrical circuit designs working with cross discipline teams.
Experience with deriving specifications.
Experience supporting electronics designs from concept through test and verification.
Experience with DOORs, SPICE, MathCAD, Matlab, Simulink, and MentorGraphics tools.
Strong technical skills with the ability to read specifications and requirements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong ability to make technically sound architecture decisions to guide development.
