2+ years of HR Generalist or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field
Up to 10% travel as needed
Working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, labor contracts, and union-related practices
Demonstrated HR business acumen with the ability to diagnose complex business and workforce challenges, identify appropriate solutions, and drive implementation of effective outcomes
Experience utilizing data analytics to interpret workforce trends, generate insights, and support business decision-making
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and influence diverse audiences
Proven ability to support team success through cross-functional initiatives and organizational goals
Experience translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and aligning stakeholders and resources to achieve business objectives
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

Experience partnering with operational or frontline business teams
Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving.
