Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release
Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc
Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state
