Reporting to the Manager of Air Traffic Services (ATS) Learning Delivery, the incumbent is responsible for all administrative matters pertaining to operational training in the respective Flight Information Region (FIR). Provides support to the student, both in the Operational Training Unit (OTU) and transition to On Job Training (OJT). Ensures compliance with relevant policies and regulations in all aspects of operational training from recruitment to licensing as well as release from training and license maintenance.

Language Requirements: Bilingual (French and English), in accordance with Civil Aviation Regulations and or Official Languages requirements in order to either provide services to clients, the Public and or, to supervise and provide services to employees in the official language of their choice.
Key Accountabilities
Administers the office to ensure that all important information and training documents are processed accurately for effective action and decision-making on part of the Manager and their team. The position is the administrative focal point for all students arriving at the operational unit.
Provides direction and support to the student during the training process in the Operation Training Unit ensuring they are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures and relevant collective agreements.
Develops and maintains a system of internal and external correspondence to track documents and review them for pertinence, format and timeliness.
