This role offers a blend of independent initiative and teamwork, collaborating closely with industrial engineers, production personnel, management, and support organizations. Located onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our operational excellence and innovation. What You Will Do
Support manufacturing test processes, including test equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, unit failure analysis, and test procedure refinement.
Conduct studies focused on cost control, productivity, cost reduction, inventory management, and production record systems.
Review products and processes for quality, safety, and producibility risks, collaborating with design teams to incorporate changes that mitigate these risks.
Manage moderately sized projects or processes effectively.
Independently identify and resolve complex and challenging problems.
Develop tactical plans to address and overcome day-to-day challenges.
Occasionally travel to local regional sites in Iowa as required.
