Job Description
The ServiceNow Architect is a senior technology leader responsible for designing, governing, and guiding scalable ServiceNow solutions that advance business goals. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, establishing platform standards, directing solution architecture, and ensuring integrations, security controls, performance, and user experience are aligned across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Essential Functions
Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmaps for enterprise capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned to business strategy.
Translate business objectives, operating needs, and user requirements into platform architecture, solution designs, functional capabilities, and prioritized technical direction.
Establish and enforce platform governance, architectural guardrails, coding standards, configuration standards, and technical review practices to protect platform health and limit unnecessary customization.
