Northrop Grumman Advanced Weapons – Defense Systems has an exciting career opportunity for a Mission Assurance Engineer 3 or 4 to define and monitor the mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of the Advance Weapons BU. This position is required to be full-time, on-site in the Northridge, CA location. No remote/telework arrangement is available for this position. Applicants must have the ability to obtain a US Government DoW Secret security clearance.
The Mission Assurance Engineer 3 or 4 supports the Advance Weapons by ensuring product, systems, and processes meet rigorous quality, reliability, safety, and mission-success requirements. The ideal candidate will assess the AARGM, AARGM-ER, and SiAW program performance and risks, and determine resources to ensure mission assurance with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and government stakeholders to identify risks, investigate nonconformances, and drive corrective actions throughout the product lifecycle.
