The role reports to the Group Reporting & Process Manager and is located at Fornebu.
In this role you will be responsible for
Financial reporting & analysis: Prepare and manage financial reporting and analysis for legal entities within the Norwegian Group on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Statutory & tax compliance: Ensure all statutory reporting requirements are met for assigned legal entities, including the preparation of annual tax calculations and filing of tax returns.
Audit coordination: Serve as a contact for external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during the audit process.
Process improvement: Actively contribute to improving and streamlining finance department routines. Participate in projects across the finance department related to process improvements and efficiency measures for systems.
Ad-Hoc analysis: Prepare ad-hoc financial information and analysis for various internal projects and stakeholders as required.
You are our ideal candidate if
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and/or audit.
You have good system competence and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a significant advantage.
You possess good verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
You have a structured, methodical, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to identify and drive improvements.
You are a proactive and driven individual focused on delivering high-quality results.
You are a strong relationship-builder and team player who contributes positively to the team environment.
